David J. Schwaner has spent his entire career with the Chicago personal injury firm of Morici, Figlioli & Associates representing the seriously injured. His practice is substantially concentrated in Plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death litigation including cases brought under principles of construction site negligence, premises liability, and automobile negligence. Mr. Schwaner has obtained successful verdicts in the Circuit Court of Cook County, including several which have obtained attention in both the print and broadcast media. Mr. Schwaner has obtained millions of dollars in successfully settling cases for the Chicago personal injury clients he has represented.

He began his career with Morici, Figlioli & Associates, a firm of Chicago personal injury and workers compensation attorneys, as a law clerk earlier in this decade. He is a 2000 graduate of Loyola University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. He is a 2005 graduate of Loyola University College of Law where he distinguished himself on the Dean’s List.

He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, is a Fellow of the Illinois Bar Foundation, and a member of the Justinian Society of Lawyers. He is a lifelong resident of the Chicago area and currently resides in the northwest suburbs.
