Our Attorneys:

David Figlioli concentrates his practice of law in the areas of workers' compensation and social security disability. He received his undergraduate degree from Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the John Marshall Law School. He has co-authored the chapter on Vocational Rehabilitation/Physical Rehabilitation for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association's Seminar on Workers' Compensation and has frequently lectured on workers' compensation issues, before various business and professional groups, as well as to first year law students at John Marshall Law School.

In 2002, David was recognized by fellow members of the Illinois Bar as one of the preeminent attorneys in Illinois by being awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. This rating, determined by confidential peer review, identifies attorneys with very high to preeminent legal ability and is based upon expertise, experience, integrity and overall professional experience.

He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, the Justinian Society of Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
