
Chicago Fire Department rescue crews tend to victims from a car crash at East 63rd Street and South Dr. Martin King Drive (Erick Clark/For the Tribune). Four people were injured this afternoon in a traffic crash on the South Side.
Two of them were transported to hospitals in serious-to-critical condition, one to Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the other to Stroger Hospital, Chicago Fire Department spokesman Quention Curtis said. The other two victims were transported in fair-to-serious condition to St. Bernard Hospital, he said.
The crash occurred shortly after 1:10 p.m. at 63rd Street and King Drive.
